VISION:

Using bicycles, we will bring positive change to Brantford. 

MISSION:

We will get as many people as possible riding bicycles.

We will provide every rider with opportunities; 

• To get an awesome new, used or vintage bicycle,
• To ride with others, 
• To learn about maintaining and fixing bicycles, 
• To explore our city and the trails,  
• To own a bicycle and have it maintained regardless of their income.
• To access a fully-equipped, supervised, do-it-yourself bicycle repair shop.
• To learn about bicycle safety, repair and maintenance by providing appropriate level courses, workshops, school outreach programs and seminars
• To learn about the health benefits of cycling as part of an active transportation lifestyle.

We will empower people, through the use of bicycles, so they can fulfil their true potential.

CORE VALUES:

We serve every rider. 

We know the importance of each bicycle to its rider. 

It’s someones only transportation. It’s someones way to release stress. It’s someones 

ride to better health. It’s someones favourite way to goof off.

It helps our City build community, it helps reduce traffic congestion, it helps improve the riders mental and physical health, it helps riders have fun.

We want to be sure the rider is always on the right bike for the riding they do. It will change as they go through the different stages of their life.

We are profitable.

Profit allows us to provide outreach programs.

Profit allows us to pay all team members a living wage.

We are community builders. 

Our shop is a community centre building community one adventure at a time, 

We help others with their plans to improve our community.

We help our peers in other communities when we can.

We goof off. 

We believe that everybody needs to goof off once in a while and bicycles are a great way to do it. On your own or with friends; so many places to explore, so much food to find, so many trails to ride. Not sure where to go? Ask us. We know how to goof off.
