Sekine

This is a Japanese bicycle company and, when an opportunity presented itself through a Canadian government program, Sekine came to Canada to produce bicycles. In 1973 Sekine set up manufacturing in the old Number 1 Hangar at the former Rivers Air Base, about 30km northwest of Brandon, Manitoba.

This bike has a Mixte frame. We are starting restoration soon. New tubes, tires, cables for sure.
